A.S.Vasudevan
A.S.Vasudevan is one of the senior professional consultant and educator of change management and OD in India, brings the wisdom from 30 years of rigorous consulting in OD. This year he has assumed role of Director Indian operations of Synetz, a management consulting firm from Germany to introduce systemic change management programmes and coaching skills for India Inc. He wears other hats like visiting faculty for OD at the SDMIMD B School in Mysore and founder member of the Asia OD Network - AODN. He drives the OD and change Certification Programme of ISABS, a premier institution on the lines of NTL in USA. His passion is executive coaching and mentoring for Senior executives, Board members and CEOs helping them discover strategic solutions to manage change. He also offers shadow consulting to fellow consultants and internal change agents.
During his two decades and more of Vasu's consulting experience he has been closely associated with Properitory Firms managed by Family investments. He runs a special workshop on 'inheriting the mantle' that addresses the pressing need of new generation leadership from the family to take over the professional reins, and build a top team that can carry the cultural continuity into the future. Families are brand names in India - like the Tatas, Birlas, Reliance (Ambanis) Goenkas of RPG enterprise, Singhanias, Mafatlal, Mahindras, TVS, The Essar group etc. Some of them match the efficiency of MNCs as well.
