Zubeda Dangor

Zubeda Dangor obtained her BA and BA honours degrees from the University of South Africa while she worked full-time. She acquired her M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and her H. dip Ed in Adult Education from the University of Witswatersrand. She completed her clinical Psychology internship at the T.H. Moross Centre and the Sterkfontein Hospital. She received a United Nations University International Leadership award and the Equal Opportunities Council Scholarship to Notre Dame University in the United States of America. On her return to South Africa, she founded the Nisaa Institute for Women's development. For the past 10 years she acted as the CEO of this organization.

She has completed her D Litt et Phil at Rand Afrikaans University in 1999 where she directed her research at exploring leadership strategies of women.

As a very experienced leadershiop development trainer she conducted numerous leadership trainings for the police force and high court judges, is a specialist in teambuilding and crisis management as well as in conflict resolution.

Due to her interest in Organization Development she underwent an intense systemic OD training of synetz/akada consult and worked for the last years as a consultant in the field of change management.
